Bass Hotels And Resorts Wins Trophy For Best
Co Operate Team At The Salon Culinaire,01
The Bass Hotels and Resorts team was the first best co operate team trophy at the recent Salon Culinaire which was part of the Gulf Food Exhibition held in Dubai world trade centre.
Chef Otto Weibel, Chairman of the judges and president of Singapore's Chef's association, explained to the press that due to the growing number of hotels lot of chains have multi presence in the gulf. And particularly in UAE including Dubai's own Jumeirah hospitality group, that is why we have decided to add a co operate team event to the competition.
The medal count of the contest are as follows 3 points for each gold, 2 points for silver and 1 point for a bronze medal from day 1 of the salon. It was a 3 team race, which bass hotels headed by Dubai intercontinental Hotel.
