     YEAN-GI CHENG

Being in this trade for more than 30 years and he went to Japan studying 

culinary art in 1978. After returning from Taiwan, he was devoted to improving

 western cuisines. Exchanging what he had learned with the trades several 

times, and he contributes to western cuisines in Taiwan. His cuisines are

 creative, delicious and various, and being fond of by customers. He is a

 first-class chef of the five-star hotel, having the honor to win the 26th Excellent 

Tourist Hotel personnel of 1991.
